As a small business, PIONEER is committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations by providing excellent customer service and quality products on time and on budget.  We routinely have multiple projects active at the same time, which has required us to be extremely efficient in order to meet tight schedules and stay on or under budget.  On many projects, we provide weekly email status reports and budget summaries to keep our clients up-to-date on the status of the project.  We also have extensive experience in managing all technical environmental work including sampling, data validation, total station surveying, GPS surveying, data management, and GIS data management. 

PIONEER’s Project Managers are top notch.  In fact, we often find ourselves helping other consultants involved with our projects by taking on some of their responsibilities to get a job completed on schedule for a client.  Our project managers are well organized, experts in strategy development and implementation, and are excellent writers and communicators.
